Animas Communities is dedicated to providing quality, affordable rental housing opportunities for the Albuquerque, New Mexico area. We currently offer homes for rent in two mobile home parks, with a total of 31 units at this time.
Our mobile home parks are designed to provide our tenants with a quality rental experience that is safe, convenient and affordable. Each park features onsite management and maintenance personnel to assist tenants when questions or maintenance issues arise. Day or night, our tenants are always our first priority!
Additionally, we also provide our tenants with the convenience of online tenant account management. Tenants can easily and securely access their tenant accounts via our online portal system from any web-enabled device, including computers, tablets and smartphones. Tenants can easily pay rent online, as well as submit maintenance requests and check messages.
